NBC Peacock: Biggest Streaming Service of 2020! Release Date, Price, and More!

Peacock: Release Date

Peacock Free consists of 7,500 hours of content, including next day exposure to the latest seasons of first-year NBC series, Universal films. Also, it will provide curated content such as SNL, and Family Movie Night. The two premium levels come in with ads at $4.99 a month while the other one with no ads at $9.99 a month. These two tiers will provide live sports, as well as early access to late-night shows.

Peacock Premium will feature untelevised soccer games in the Premier League starting in August.

Peacock will also offer live television reports and links to NBC Evening News with Lester Holt. Full episodes of the “Dateline” news show will also be available to Peacock subscribers.

NBCUniversal, operated by Comcast, has a target to hit 30 million to 35 million active Peacock accounts by 2024.

Comcast and Cox cable subscribers will have free access to Peacock Premium with advertisements. They can pay just $5 a month for ad-free. Customers of Comcast’s Xfinity X1 and Flex will gain access to Peacock Premium on April 15. The streaming service will be launched nationally on 15 July. This means that about 20 million households use paid TV services from Comcast.
