New Amsterdam is an American medical drama television series and it is based on the book Twelve Patients: Life and Death at Bellevue Hospital by Eric Manheimer. The show premiered on September 25, 2018, on NBC. David Schulner created the series.  Ryan Eggold, Freema Agyeman, Janet Montgomery, Jocko Sims, Anupam Kher, and Tyler Labine star in the series.

WHEN IS NEW AMSTERDAM SEASON 3 COMING OUT?

Previously the 3rd season of New Amsterdam was set to release in Fall of 2021 but due to the pandemic, NBC put restrictions of the production. Now they are clear to film if they are following all the health protocols, however, New Amsterdam has not started the production yet. So there is no approximation of the release date either.
