Developed by EA Vancouver, NHL 24 is an upcoming ice hockey simulation video game which is published by EA Sports. This game is the 33rd installment in the NHL video game series. NHL has witnessed new releases every year starting from 1991 and EA Sports has continued a trend of bringing a new entry in the premier ice hockey game. This is going to be one of the bestsellers in holiday and considering that a lot has happened in the last 30 years, there will be new changes added to the game which would turn out to be exciting and thrilling.

NHL 24 Gameplay
The gameplay of NHL 24 is going to be different compared to NHL 23 and there will be more skills alongside exhaust engine, goalie fatigue, passing system, and physical contact. The new control skill would allow the player to perform a few deke moves by clicking a button. There is also a new passing system that will allow you to pass the puck to the rest of the players with the help of the four face buttons on the controller. The body-checking system will also be new which will be the same as the Bruise Control that was in the NHL. This would let you change your body check and timing leading to successful and intense body checks. A full crossplay for Hockey Ultimate Team and World of Chel would also be included in NHL 24 compared to NHL 23 which had crossplay matchmaking.
NHL 24 Release Date
EA Sports has officially confirmed that the NHL 24 will be released on October 6, 2023, for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. EA Sports has a certain pattern of releasing games and the same thing has been used for NHL. NHL 22 came out in 2021 and the early access was given three days before the release. This was followed by NHL 23 in 2022 and the early access release pattern also remained the same. EA is expected to launch the game in a similar launch window by October and considering that NHL is one of the biggest games of EA, it is hard to predict anything for NHL 24.
