Nokia 5.1 Plus to be Launched on September 24th featuring a 3GB RAM and a 3,000 mAh battery



A month ago, HMD global officially announced the Nokia 6.1 Plus and the Nokia 5.1 Plus in the Indian market but there were no official announcements regarding the pricing of the devices. Today a teaser was spotted on Flipkart in which the Nokia 5.1 Plus has been revealed and is going to be a Flipkart exclusive device.  The pricing will be revealed at the launch on September 24th at 2:00 PM.

If you observe clearly we can also see a hashtag mentioned in the teaser, #GameOn. Well so now talking about the device, it sports a 5.86-inch full HD+ display which comes with a resolution of 720*1520 pixels in 19:9 aspect ratio. The Nokia 5.1 Plus is powered by the MediaTek Helio P60 SoC which is coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, and additionally, the storage can be expanded up to 400GB with the help of a micro SD card.

Talking about optics, the device comes with a dual rear camera setup out of which both the 13MP and 5MP sensors are coupled with f/2.0 aperture. Towards the front, the device has got an 8MP camera for selfies which comes with an aperture of f/2.2 and also 80.4-degree wide-angle lens.

Out of the box, the device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and the entire device backed up by a 3,060 mAh battery. Supporting USB Type-C, the device also comes with all the important sensors such as an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. There are no official details regarding the pricing of the device, but we are expecting the pricing to be anywhere between Rs.16,000 to Rs.17,000.
