The theme of the show revolves around a society wherein security is given top priority. This leads to a compromise in the privacy of an individual. The creators of the show wanted to establish a dystopian paradigm.

Where the information and the activities of an individual are extensively monitored. The story also follows the life of a tech employee, who wishes to investigate a murder. But she has to outsmart the people surveying her activities.

She has to trick them in order for them to not keep tabs on what she is trying to unravel. The story of the show is super engrossing. It has kept its viewers on their toes and wanting for more!
