On My Block is an American teen comedy-drama streaming television series. Lauren Iungerich, Eddie Gonzalez, and Jeremy Haft created this series. The first season consists of ten episodes. On Netflix on March 16, 2018, these ten episodes were released. On April 13, 2018, the series was renewed for a second season which premiered on March 29, 2019.

The series stars Sierra Capri, Jason Genao, Brett Gray, Diego Tinoco, and Jessica Marie Garcia. The series was highly praised for its diverse cast, story-lines, and performances.

• Sierra Capri as Monsé Finnie. She is a headstrong Afro-Latina tomboy. She also serves as the leader of her friend group.Her character was raised by a single father. She is in love with one of her best friends, Cesar.
• Jason Genao as Ruben “Ruby” Martinez Jr.. He is a smart-aleck math whiz of Mexican descent often serving as the group’s conscience.
• Brett Gray is seen as Jamal Turner. He is considered as the nerd of the group. He is someone who is African-American. In season 1, he is drawn into finding a hidden treasure scheme surrounding RollerWorld.
• Diego Tinoco plays the role of Cesar Diaz who is an intelligent teen forced into gang life. This is because his brother is released from prison. This is putting a strain on a blossoming relationship with Monsé.
• Jessica Marie Garcia is seen as Jasmine Flores, a classmate of the group, who has a romantic obsession with Ruby.
• Julio Macias depicts the role of Oscar “Spooky” Diaz. He is Cesar’s older brother and a member of the Santos gang.

WHEN IS SEASON 4 OF ON MY BLOCK RELEASING?

There is no word from the production as to when this season of the show might air. Considering how all the previous seasons of this show have aired in March, this season could also air in March 2021. however, this is just a hunch. Given the current pandemic situation, everything has been uncertain.
