Erica Saleh is also the executive producer alongside Jennifer Morrison, Jon Sacchi, Matt Greosch, Dario Madrona. The show is already renewed for a second season and it is scheduled to premiere soon.

One of Us Is Lying Plot and Cast

The first season of One of Us Is Lying revealed the truth behind Simon’s death after an eventful detention. The upcoming season might deal with a new murder mystery.

Jake ended up with a chalk outline around his body after his role in Simon’s death was disclosed. It seems like Simon always intended to give anaphylactic shock to himself by ingesting peanut oil he would put in his water as a part of a prank to scare his classmates.

Jake took one step further and hid Simon’s EpiPen to frame his girlfriend Addy who he found had cheated on him. After this, Addy confronts Jake with Cooper and Janae in tow and things just get worse where Jake ends up getting killed. One among the three is a murderer and it remains to be seen who it is.

Talking about the cast, we might get to see Annalisa Cochrane, Chibuikem Uche, Marianly Tejada, Cooper can Grootel, Barrett Carnahan, Jessica McLeod, Mark McKenna and Melissa Collazo in the lead roles. However, new additions to the cast has not been announced yet.

One of Us Is Lying Season 2 Release Date

Even though One of Us Is Lying has been renewed for a second season, an official release date is yet to be announced. Since the first season premiered on October 2021, we might get to see Season 2 towards the end of 2022 or the first half of 2023.

However, it remains unknown if the upcoming season will have eight episodes. The previous season’s episodes had a runtime of 44 to 52 minutes.
