One Piece Plot and Cast
Set in an alternate version of Earth, in the midst of the Golden Age of Pirates, ruthless pirates rule the seas, battling it out to claim the mythical treasure known as “One Piece”, which once belonged to the greatest pirate of all times, Gol D. Roger. Years after the death of Roger, a young boy named Monkey D. Luffy has dreams of raising his own crew, and go in a quest to find One Piece, and declare himself as Pirate King.
After consuming a devil fruit, Luffy is bestowed the power to make his body resemble rubber, granting him the strength to set sail across the dangerous seas and battle to become the next Pirate King.
Season 1 will follow the events of One Piece’s East Blue Saga and unite the Straw Hat Pirates for the first time.
