The OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are releasing on May 14th. Both the devices are not new for us, considering the extensive leaks from the past few days. Reports also confirmed that the launch event of the devices will take place in three places at a time. Recently we have seen both the devices spotted on in two different instances. Today, a full-page ad of OnePlus 7 Pro appeared in a newspaper.
OnePlus has pushed-out full-page advertisements of the OnePlus 7 Pro in The New York Times. The ad confirms that the smartphone will boast a notch-less display design. The ad also includes the confirmation regarding the pop-up selfie camera unit. Technically, OnePlus did not mention anything regarding the pop-up camera in the advertisements. But, the illustration of the device shows the internal elements of the device, which reveals the presence of a pop-up unit. Moreover, we have to expect the pop-up unit as the device is notch-less.
Talking about the display, recently, the company has revealed that the OnePlus 7 Pro has been rated A+ by the Display Mate. That rating might make this the best display in any smartphone available out there. More information regarding the display and its rating will be announced on the launch day.
According to the previous leaks, OnePlus 7 could be launched in three variants this time. The three variants are – OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. According to tipster Agarwal, the model numbers for three variants are GM1901, GM1903, and GM1905 for the OnePlus 7. GM1913, GM1915, and GM1917 are for OnePlus 7 Pro and GM1920 for OnePlus 7 5G.

OnePlus 7 Pro features a 6.64-inch Quad HD AMOLED display with the 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC and coupled with 10 GB of RAM. Unlike the OnePlus 7, the 7 Pro boasts a pop-up selfie camera unit. For the photography fans, the primary unit here is the same 48MP sensor with a telephoto lens and there is also a territory ultra-wide sensor. As expected, there is the presence of in-display fingerprint scanner. This device is backed by 4000 mAh battery.
