Paper Girls: Release Date, Plot and more!
Amazon Prime Video is bringing a brand new series, Paper Girls is an American science fiction drama television series. The series is based on the comic book series of the same name written by Brian K. Vaughan.
The executive producers of the series are Christopher Cantwell, Cliff Chiang, Christopher C. Rogers, Brian K. Vaughan, Brad Pitt, and Dede Gardner. The filming was wrapped up by October 1, 2021.

Paper Girls Plot and Cast
Paper Girls is based on the mystery sci-fi comic book series by Vaughan and illustrated by Chiang. The original comic book series follows the story of four 12-year-old newspaper delivery girls who on the morning of Halloween are struck by an invasion of a mysterious force. The synopsis for the Amazon series reads:
“Paper Girls, from Image Comics, follows four young girls who, while out delivering papers on the morning after Halloween in 1988, become unwittingly caught in a conflict between warring factions of time-travelers, sending them on an adventure through time that will save the world. As they travel between our present, the past, and the future — they encounter future versions of themselves and now must choose to embrace or reject their fate.”
Now talking about the cast, it includes Sofia Rosinsky as Mac Coyle, Camryn Jones as Tiffany Quilkin, Riley Lai Nelet as Erin Tieng, Ali Wong as Adult Erin, Fina Strazza as KJ Brandman, and Nate Corddry as Larry.
Paper Girls Release Date
The series Paper Girls is scheduled to be released on Amazon Prime Video on July 29, 2022. Amazon first won the right to adapt the comic book series of the same name back in 2019.
The series is set to have eight episodes. The show is being produced by Amazon Studios, Legendary Television and Plan B Entertainment.
