Pennyworth Season 3: Release Date, Trailer and more!
Based on Alfred Pennyworth, Pennyworth is a television series based on the character from DC Comics’ Batman. Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon are the executive producers of the show.
The first season of the series premiered on July 28, 2019 followed by the second season on December 13, 2020. It received generally positive reviews from critics and currently holds an approval rating of 66% on Rotten Tomatoes. Considering the positive response, the makers have renewed the series for a third season.

Pennyworth Plot and Cast
The conclusion of Pennyworth Season 2 left several questions unanswered. The third season of Pennyworth is expected to answer all of those questions.
With the revelation of Thomas and Martha Wayne having a baby girl, rather than the expected boy that would be Bruce, we’re in uncharted waters regarding DC canonical storylines. Then there is the ongoing battle with the English League and Raven’s Union, alongside the emergence of Gully and his Stormcloud-induced superpowers.
Coming to the cast, the leads of the first two seasons are expected to reprise their roles. This includes Jack Bannon, Ben Aldridge, Ryan Fletcher, Ian Puleston-Davies, Paloma Faith, and Polly Walker. Since it is a new season, we can expect to see some new faces.
Pennyworth Season 3 Release Date
The latest season of Pennyworth premiered in December 2020 and ended in April 2021. Considering that, the third season should premiere sometime in 2022, although an official confirmation is awaited.
The upcoming season should consist of ten episodes like the first two seasons. The series is produced by Primrose Hill Productions, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television. It is distributed by Warner Bros. Television Distribution.
