Created by Rolin Jones and Ron Fitzgerald, Perry Mason is an American period drama television series. The series is based on a character of the same name by Erle Stanley Gardner.

Fitzgerald and Jones are also the executive producers of the series along with Robert Downey Jr., Amanda Burrell, Tim Van Patten, Susan Downey, and Joe Horaceck. The makers have decided to release the second season soon.

The makers have confirmed that season 2 of the series will be released on March 6, 2023. On June 21, 2020, the first season of the series premiered on HBO and HBO Max.

The makers renewed the series for a second season on July 22, 2020. The first season of the series received an approval rating of 75% on the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes.

Perry Mason Season 2 Plot and cast

The series speaks about famous defense lawyer Perry Mason. Los Angeles is developing during the 30s and the U.S. is still trying to recover from the Great Depression. Perry Mason is also battling with his trauma from the Great War and divorce. He is approached for a kidnapping trial and the investigation leads to some problems in his life alongside all those who are close to him.
