The show stars Matt Damon as Steve Butler, John Krasinski as Dustin Noble, Rosemarie DeWitt as Alice, Frances McDormand as Sue Thomason, Scoot McNairy as Jeff Dennon, Terry Kinney as David Churchill, Tim Guinee as Drew Scott, Titus Welliver as Rob, Lucas Black as Paul Geary, Tonatiuh as Antonio Sandoval, Mariel Molino as Camila Sandoval and Hal Holbrook as Frank Yates. 

Matt Lopez wrote and executive produced the show. The executive producers of the show are Lopez and Michael Cuesta. Along with them Adam Kolbrenner and Maggie Malina will also serve as the executive producers of the show. Gus Van Sant directed the show based on the screenplay by Matt Damon and John Krasinski.
