Created by Chris Sheridan, Resident Alien is an American science fiction mystery comedy-drama television series that premiered on January 27, 2021, on Syfy. The series is based on the comic book of the same title by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse.
In March 2021, the series was renewed for a second season which premiered on January 26, 2022. The second season is set to consist of 16 episodes, split into two eight-episode parts, with the second half expected to premiere very soon.

Resident Alien Plot and Cast
We don’t have to speculate anything about the second half of Resident Alien Season 2 since it will continue from where the first half ended.
The main plot focuses on an alien sent to wipe out humanity killing and takes on the identity of a vacationing pathology physician. He is asked to do an autopsy on the town’s doctor, who has died in unknown circumstances. He wrestles with the moral dilemma of his secret mission, while also dealing with a nine-year-old boy who can see his true appearance.
Now coming to the cast, includes Alan Tudyk as Dr. Harry Vanderspeigle, Sara Tomko as Asta Twelvetrees, Corey Reynolds as Mike Thompson, Alice Wetterlund as D’arcy Bloom, and Levi Fiehler as Ben Hawthorne.
We will also get to see Judah Prehn as Max Hawthrone, Elizabeth Bowen as Deputy Sheriff Liv Baker, Ben Cotton as Jimmy, Meredith Garretson as Kate Hawthorne, Gracelyn Awad Rinke as Sahar, and many others.
Resident Alien Season 2 Part 2 Release Date
The release date of the second half of Resident Alien Season 2 has not been announced yet. We can expect the rest of the episodes to premiere in winter 2022.
