The Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd says she has been a victim of racism. Read below to know more!
Kelly Dodd could be the next star of Bravo’s show that could be fired. As fans are constantly behind them begging to fire her next. Bravo’s other show, Vanderpump Rules, has fired its four cast members recently.
They fired stars who had a lengthy career with the show VPR, Kristen Doute, and Stassi Schroeder. The reason is pretty bad, as these both stars called the police to arrest their black co-star, Faith Stowers. And their reason to call the police was for a robbery which they believed Faith did, which she didn’t.
Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens have also been fired from the show. They both have tweeted racists comments several years ago.
So, Bravo is on fire to fire its stars committing any racial comments.
Kelly Dodd ‘s past racial comments could fire her now
As we know Bravo is on a mission to remove the stars who had made any racial comments in the past. So considering that, let’s go back to 2016 when TMZ caught Kelly uttering some real offensive things on-camera. The RHOC star precisely was heard saying that she doesn’t “like” and/or know “any black guys.”
She apologized then and there, however, at this stage of life, apologies don’t really is working for anybody. As both the current fired stars of VPR, Kristen and Stassi had apologized, however, they got fired anyway.
Fans are now asking to fire Kelly as well. Along with her, they are also asking to fire Jax Taylor from VPR, as he has also done some homophobic and racist comments in the past. However, Bravo hasn’t spoken anything on it yet.
Kelly says she’s experienced racism personally
The RHOC star shared a post on her Instagram that said – “Don’t argue with people on social media. Every classroom had a kid that ate paste. That’s probably who you’re arguing with.”
And she captioned it as – “I’m going to stop arguing with people on my social media.” She has said it as she has argued a lot with people on social media.
When Kelly posted it, she got many comments, however, one comment highlighted as it was like – “But, like, do you truly believe that because you’re Mexican you can’t be racist?”
And, breaking her own rule of not arguing with people, she indeed did. Kelly replied on the comment by saying that – “I’ve experienced racism personally.. I’m a woman of color and love everyone!”
However, the RHOC star hasn’t spoken more about it.
