Rise Of Empires- Ottoman debuted on our tv-screens in January 2020 through the medium of Netflix! This mini documentary-series is a Netflix original and a historical account of how the history of the Ottoman Empire paned out!

The show gained popularity for its intricate detailing, covering even the smallest event in the history with such finest and accuracy. The sets of the show and the costumes were extremely lavish, accurate according to that time period The show transported the viewers to the olden times!

Release Date And Trailer:

The show released its first season on 24th January 2020 comprising of six episodes each with a run time of 40-45 minutes on an average! According to sources Netflix might be considering the renewal of the show for a season 2.

However, many fans speculate that the show will not be renewed and this is a mini-documentary series. Since there has been no official confirmation by Netflix for season 2, the below-attached trailer is for season one!

In season one of the series, we have seen some phenomenal acting by  Cem Yigit Uzümoglu, Tommaso Basili, Selim Bayraktar, Birkan Sokullu, Osman Sonant. Along with Tuba Büyüküstün, Ushan Çakir, Damla Sönmez,  Ilayda Akdogan and Tugrul.

These actors went into the depth of their characters. They were also the recipient of tons of praises and were applauded for their efforts and talent!

Plot Of The Show:

The show follows the lives of people in the Ottoman Empire. The lives of the kings, the middleman and that of the poor have been characterised! We get a detailed account of the incidents of betrayal, wars waged and the politics that took place in the Ottoman Era!

Netflix always renews shows which garner a huge fanbase within a short period of time after their release. Since this show was able to pique the interest of many people. The fans are anxiously waiting for Netflix to announce the renewal of the show!
