Based on the characters of Archie Comics, and developed by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, “Riverdale” is an American teen drama television series following the gang including Cole Sprouse, K.J. Apa, Lili Reinhart, and Camila Mendes while they navigate the troubled waters of sex, romance, school, and family, teen and become entangled in a dark mystery, the first season of which aired on January 26, 2017.

Season five of “RIVERDALE” which aired earlier this year, began with our characters’ final days as students at Riverdale High. From an epic Senior Prom to a bittersweet Graduation, there are a lot of emotional moments and goodbyes yet to come—with some couples breaking up, as everyone goes their separate ways to college—or elsewhere.

Then, we will redock with our gang as young adults, all returning to Riverdale to escape their troubled pasts. And life—and romance—will only be more complicated now that they’re in their twenties. . . .

After few months of hiatus mid-season, Episode 11 failed to air in July, and premieres Wednesday, August 11, 2021, on The CW. The series is also available for streaming on Netflix.

The Official synopsis for “Strange Bedfellows” reads— In the aftermath of the prison break at Hiram’s jail, Archie leads the charge to round up the remaining convicts on the loose. Tabitha reaches out for Betty’s help when she realizes Jughead is missing. When Penelope re-enters the fold, Cheryl becomes suspicious of her true intentions.
