Riverdale: Season 5 Update and more!

Riverdale is an American teen drama television series. The show is based on the characters of Archie Comics. Adaptation of Robert Aguirre-Sacasa for CW network. First premiered in the 2017 series received a good response.  Thereafter the success of Riverdale, the makers of the show is all set for season 5 and we have the update!

Riverdale: Cast

Starring in the series we see the characters of Archie Comics, with KJ Apa in the role of Archie Andrews. Lili Reinhart as Betty Cooper, Camila Mendes as Veronica Lodge. Similarly, Cole Sprouse as Jughead Jones, the series’ narrator. The cast also features Madelaine Petsch as Cheryl Blossom, Ashleigh Murray as Josie McCoy, Casey Cott as Kevin Keller, Charles Melton as Reggie Mantle, and Vanessa Morgan as Toni Topaz.

Riverdale: Premise

The series follows Archie Andrews’ life in the small town of Riverdale and explores the darkness hidden behind its seemingly perfect image. In the previous season, a lot of drama and mystery was seen. The upcoming season is only going to increase that.

Riverdale: Season 5 Update

Season 4 left the viewers in a cliffhanger creating a lot of suspense. How is the prom night going to be for all the characters? However, in season 5 we can see a love triangle between Betty, Archie, and Veronica. There is also a seven-year gap after the prom and graduation. There a lot of twists and turns in the upcoming season.

The show includes scenes from the prom-centric episode, steamy moments between Bughead, and more murder. Brett Wallis (Sean Depner), in prison, was seen warning Betty and Jughead “something’s coming.”

The show will release in January 2021.
