Riverdale Star Skeet Ulrich Revealed The Brutally Honest Reason Behind His Leaving The Show!

Skeet Ulrich, the former Riverdale actor didn’t bother much about speaking the truth. He revealed the brutally honest answer for his leaving the show.

The two famed actors in February 2020, Skeet Ulrich and Marisol Nicholas informed their fans with the sad news of them quitting the show. It was indeed a piece of dreadful news for the fans of the show Riverdale.

Skeet Ulrich played Jughead’s (Cole Sprouse) father F.P. Jones. Whereas, Marisol Played Veronica’s (Camila Mendes) mother Hermoine Lodge. They both had important roles in the show and leaving it left everybody in shock.

Now one of the former actors of the show, Skeet Ulrich, has finally spoken why he left the show? And believe us, he was brutally honest about it!

What is Skeet’s Reason?

Skeet, in an Instagram live video with his girlfriend Megan Blake Irwin, spilled out the truth.

“I’m leaving Riverdale because I got bored creatively.” – said Ulrich. Yes, this is the reason behind Skeet leaving the show. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that it’s the most honest at the same time the brutal answer ever.

“How’s that? That’s the most honest answer?” – Well yes, it is!

Skeet certainly has blurted out the truth, but he also has hurt fans feeling in the process of it. Fans are hurt and there’s a whole lot of discussion going on in the comments section below.

One comment also spoke about his mid-life crises, that sure was not done! However, now fans are tremendously hurt.

Skeet let his fans know about his leaving the show in February by sharing a piece of words.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the friendships I’ve made on Riverdale, and I will miss being seeing everyone on a daily basis.” – said Ulrich in February after confirming the departure.

“I’m proud to have been part of such a talented group of people, in front of the camera and behind. But I’ve decided that it’s time for me to move on to explore other creative opportunities.”

After Skeet’s announcement, Riverdale’s Showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa confirmed the departure of both Marisol Nicholas and Skeet Ulrich as well.

The former Riverdale actor earlier in an interview with TVLine told his reason behind drifting apart from the show. However, he never revealed this reason in that interview.
