on

Ryan Murphy is all set to release his drama web television series, Hollywood. Starring the cast David Corenswet, Darren Criss, Laura Harrier, Joe Mantello, Dylan McDermott, Jim Parsons and others.

Plot

The show features a group of aspiring actors and filmmakers post World War II. Each character gives a glimpse behind the curtain of Hollywood’s Golden Age, spotlighting the unfair systems and biases across race, gender, and sexuality that continue to this day.

“It’s 1940s Hollywood, so there’s going to be great clothes and great accents. It’s going to be sexy and optimistic. It’s really about young people and the excitement of young people seeking opportunity,” said the star David Corenswet.

The First Look

The first look of the poster released to introduce the core group of aspiring actors and filmmakers Raymond (Criss), Archie (Pope), Jack (Corenswet) and Rock Hudson (Picking), Claire (Weaving) and Camille (Harrier) — as well as the agents and bosses who have the power to decide their fate, Avis (LuPone), Ellen Kincaid (Taylor), Dick (Mantello), Ernie (McDermott) and Henry Wilson (Parsons).

The Trailer

The trailer introduces to us the dreamers who are setting out in the dream of being a part of Hollywood. Featuring the Holden Tip Gasoline station, the trailer shows the battle faced by this group of aspiring actors whos strive to change the Tinseltown script.

Do not miss to watch this exciting and thrill-packed series releasing on Netflix on May 1.
