Shadow and Bone Season 2: Release Date, Cast, and more!
Developed by Eric Heisserer for Netflix, Shadow and Bone is an American fantasy mystery drama streaming television. The series is inspired from two series of books in the Grishaverse by Leigh Bardugo, the Six of Crows duology and the Shadow and Bone trilogy.
The series’s first season was released on April 23, 2021, and in June 2022, the makers have renewed the series for a second season, which is set to release soon. Heisserer is also the series’s executive producer along with Lee Toland Krieger, Dan Cohen, Leigh Bardugo, Josh Barry, Pouya Shahbazian, and many more are there.

Shadow and Bone Season 2 Release Date
The makers have renewed the series for a second season in June 2021, which is scheduled to premiere on March 16, 2023. The makers have also confirmed that the new season will have eight episodes like the previous season of the series.
The series debuted on April 23, 2021, and received a good response from critics and audiences. The series is produced by Chronology, Loom Studios and 21 Laps Entertainment.
Shadow and Bone Season 2 Plot and Cast
Season 1 ended on a major cliffhanger as the villainous General Kiriganor Darkling (Ben Barnes) turns out to be alive after vicious beasts called volcra dragged him into the deadly Fold. Over the course of eight brand new action-packed episodes, Season 2 will cover everything from the Darkling’s quest for revenge to Alina and her longtime friend Mal’s (Archie Renaux) journey outside of Ravka in search of strength and answers, to more excitement and mischief involving our lovable gang of Crows.
