In May 2022, the makers renewed the series for a second season but are yet to confirm the official release date of it. The developers have also confirmed that the new season will have 8 episodes just like the first season.
The series debuted on March 6, 2022, and received a good response from critics and audiences. It will be also premier on the streaming service platform Starz.

Produced by Other Shoe Productions, Warner Bros. Television Studios, Lionsgate Television, Kapital Entertainment, and Merman, the makers have not shared anything regarding the plot of Shining Vale Season 2 but it is expected that the new season will continue from where the previous season ended.
