Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a forthcoming adventure game, created by Insomniac Games and released for PlayStation 5 by Sony Interactive Entertainment. This is the second game in Marvel’s Spider-Man series, followed by Marvel’s Spider-Man (2018).
Sony Vice President Simon Rutter told The Telegraph that the game was an extension of the previous game and enhancement of it. Insomniac later, though, called the project a stand-alone title. Claiming it’s the next adventure in the Spider-Man world of the Marvel.
Release Date
The game was revealed at the PlayStation 5 reveal event on 11 June 2020. This is expected to be released with the announcement of the PlayStation 5 in Q4 2020.

Sony’s Official Playstation blog today gave fans a first peek at the upcoming PS5 package by unveiling Spider-Man’s box art: Miles Morales.
The Spider-Man photos have been shared by Marvel and the PlayStation team: Miles Morales cover that appears to give a first look at what the simple box art would look like for PlayStation 5 titles.
Miles is moving through the air on the cover, one of his fists packed with bioelectric electricity.
It is a similar style, almost identical to physical versions of PlayStation 4 games, except with a white stripe instead of the gradient blue strip of the PS4 to match the bold black and white nature of the PlayStation 5. Of course, it bears the PS5 logo, also familiar, that Sony unveiled back in January.

All future PlayStation 5 titles will feature matching box art according to the official Playstation post. The first round of titles, featuring Spider-Man: Miles Morales, is set to arrive in time for the official unveiling of the PlayStation 5 this holiday season.
Last month Sony revealed its new PlayStation 5 console. It’s price has not yet been released. This holiday season, it will be available for sale.
