Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Plot and Cast
The developers have not revealed much about the plot of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 3 since the second season is yet to come out. However, it will continue from where Season 2 will end.
The basic premise follows Captain Christopher Pike and the crew of the starship USS Enterprise in the 23rd century as they explore new worlds throughout the galaxy in the decade before Star Trek: The Original Series. It has a contemporary take on that series’ episodic storytelling and 1960s designs and features the following narration from Mount during each episode’s opening credits.
The lead cast members of Season 1 are expected to reprise their roles. The main cast includes Anson Mount, Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun, Bruce Horak, and Rebecca Romijn.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 3 Release Date
On July 1st, 2022, director and producer Chris Fisher was the first to announce that production had been completed. The developers have announced that the second season will come out in June 15, 2023. On March 28, 2023, Paramount+ has announced the third season. However, there is no specific release date available for the third season so far.
