Apple TV+ is bringing us a new prestige series in the form of the thriller Suspicion. Suspicion presents Uma Thurman in the role of a businesswoman. Some kidnappers kidnapped her son. It is based on the award-winning Israeli series False Flag. The series is in the safe hands of The Man in the High Castle showrunner and BAFTA Award nominee Rob Williams. Also, the Watchmen producer Darin McLeod produces this show.
Five people – three men and two women – have their lives turned upside down. These people were identified by London police as suspects in the kidnapping and subsequent disappearance of American media mogul Katherine Newman’s son.

Suspicion: Cast and Plot!
Uma Thurman stars in the new series as a powerful entrepreneur named Katherine Newman. In the new series, she will be joined by the likes of Noah Emmerich, Kunal Nayyar (The Big Bang Theory), and Georgina Campbell. The series also features Lydia West (It’s A Sin), Elyes Gabel (Scorpion), Elizabeth Henstridge, Angel Coulby (Merlin), and Tom Rhys-Harries (White Lines).
In Suspicion, businesswoman Katherine Newman is horrified when her son is kidnapped from a New York hotel. As the National Crime Agency and the FBI investigate, suspicion quickly falls upon four seemingly ordinary British citizens who were staying in the hotel on the night in question.

Apple TV Plus has released the first trailer for Suspicion. In it, we see the group of Brits band together to try and unravel how they came to be the suspects in this kidnapping, while Katherine Newman struggles to balance her tough businesswoman persona with that of a worried mother.
Eight-part series Suspicion will premiere worldwide with a double bill on Apple TV Plus on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022. The remaining six episodes will then air weekly every Friday afterward.
