Sweet Magnolias Season 2: Spoilers about Isaac’s Mom!

Dana Sue was braking the suspense of Isaac’s query. But the fans will have to wait for season 2.  Sweet Magnolias is an American romance, Drama Web series, developed by Sheryl J. Anderson and is based on the Sweet Magnolias novels by Sherryl Woods. This series sets in the fictional South Carolina city of Serenity, Candy Magnolias. It follows three strong-willed associates with mysterious pasts, dealing with career, Family, and, other blasting issues in daily life.

What is ahead in Sweet Magnolias Season 2?

The Show stars Dana Sue Sullivan (Brooke Elliott), Maddie Townsend (JoAnna Garcia Swisher), and Helen Decatur (Heather Headley). They all have been friends since childhood and handle motherhood, love mysteries, and even being venture companions together. Whereas the viewers are offered insights into every girl’s past life. But Dana Sue’s life stays a thriller and mystery for the viewers. She briefly mentions her time spent at Serenity, which was filled with partying and stepping into difficulties.

When the Story starts getting a little clear, Dana Sue’s worker, Isaac (Chris Medlen) comes in plot. In episode 6, viewers discover out that Isaac is adopted and got here to city in the hunt for his beginning mother and father.

The only information Isaac has about his birth parents is that he was born in Serenity, and he’s of a mixed race. He assumes that he is a child of Micah and Dana Sue. Although Isaac doesn’t have any evidence of that. In the final few minutes of the episode, he confronts Dana Sue and asks her if she is his mother.

Before she reacts and answer her phone rings, the audience is left hanging. Her most likely answer to Isaac would have been that she is not his birth mother. The most likely possibility instead, is that his mother is Peggy Martin (Brittany Smith), the nosy reporter always snooping around. Peggy comes across as a villain through much of the season. But the show signals that she has a deep, unexplored pain.

Will Dana Sue continue to be in the Season 2?

While Dana Sue proving to be Isaac’s mom would ruin the expected drama. So it is likely going to be a No. In episode 6, he thinks that his coworker Chef Erik Whitley (Dione Johnstown) is his father.

The most likely possibility instead, is that his mother is Peggy Martin (Brittany Smith), the nosy reporter always snooping around. Peggy comes across as a villain through much of the season. But the show signals that she has a deep, pain. Isaac has a similar constant curiosity like Peggy, and he’s one of the only people in Serenity who seems to enjoy her presence.

Dana Sue has a soft, motherly approach towards her workers. So Isaac’s confusion and hope is not a surprise. But a disappointment maybe waiting for Issac in Sweet Magnolias Season 2. So let us wait whether this series will follow the novel plot or changes will be made in this Sweet Magnolias Season 2.
