Hello, Readers! Table Wars Season 1, the long-awaited premiere of HGTV’s new event design and extreme tabletop competition series is here. On the show, eight exceptional event designers will show off their incredible innovation.
The inventive tabletop exhibitions will be judged by Martha Stewart, Tamera Mowry-Housley, and Chris Hessney. The winner of Table Wars and a $50,000 cash reward will be the person who can create the most luxurious area.

Table Wars’ press release reads:
“The series will see the competitors design and install the ultimate themed dining environment that features stunning tablescapes, centerpieces, lighting, and displays to wow the judges and avoid elimination.”

Table Wars Season 1: Release Date
The show will premiere on Discovery+ on November 12, 2021, at 10 p.m. ET/PT, and will be accessible for same-day streaming. HGTV has announced that exclusive footage from the show will be available on social media and Discovery+, including close-ups and show-stopping designs.
What is this about?
Designers from all around the country compete in weekly challenges on the show. According to the series’ announcement:
“Each week, they will have access to a fully stocked workshop and event space to design and build their over-the-top creations with themes ranging from Winter Wonderland and Outdoor Wedding to Decade Design and Wildest Dreams Fantasy.”
About the Judges of the Show
Martha Stewart, Tamera Mowry-Housley, and Chris Hessney are among the judges on the Table Wars panel. Martha, the head judge, has written 97 books on cooking, decorating, and entertaining. Last year, Martha appeared on HGTV’s Martha Knows Best.
Martha’s Daytime Emmy-winning shows Martha Stewart Living and Martha are among her television accolades. Tamera Mowry-Housley first appeared on HGTV in 2018 with her show The Housleys. The 43-year-old is the host of The Real, a Daytime Emmy-winning show. She is presently the host of Baker’s Dozen on Hulu.
Chris Hessney, a well-known luxury event planner and designer, rounds up the judging panel. Chis wrote about his Table Wars experience, saying: “Grateful for their guidance and this whirlwind of an experience these past few weeks.”
