Developed by Jason Sudeikis, Bill Lawrence, Brendan Hunt, and Joe Kelly, Ted Lasso is a sports comedy-drama series made for Apple TV+. It is based on a character of the same name that Sudeikis first portrayed in a series of promos for NBC Sports’ coverage of the Premier League.
The first season of the series premiered on August 14, 2020, followed by the second season on July 23, 2021. In October 2020, the series was renewed for a third season.

Rebecca is feeling torn after a fling with a young player, Sam, who turned down a big opportunity at another club to remain with AFC Richmond, and not her. Keeley and Roy seem on the verge of splitting with the former footballer worrying his business-mogul girlfriend is going to tire of him and move on.

Ted Lasso Season 3 Release Date
Ted Lasso was renewed for a third season before the premiere of Season 2 in October 2020. The makers have already confirmed that the third season will premiere in 2022.
Sudeikis revealed in Emmy’s pressroom that fans can look forward to 12 episodes in season 3. The series is distributed by Warner Bros. Television Distribution and Apple Inc.
