Disney+ describes the series as, “The show is a thrilling Star Wars adventure, finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.”
In the Season 2 post-credit scenes of The Mandalorian, the pair was seen taking over Jabba’s former palace on Tatooine, suggesting that Boba is setting himself up as a crime lord on the galaxy’s Outer Rim.
