“The Dragon Prince” is a Canadian – American, animated fantasy web series created by Aaron Ehasz and Justin Richmond. It is produced by Wonderstorm and animated by Bardel Entertainment. It was created exclusively for Netflix and was a big success from the first season itself. A video game of the same animation, graphics, and characters was also created after seeing its craze.

Synopsis

The series is sat in a fantasy world with a magical continent known as Xadia, which is embraced with magic from the six primary elements Sun, Moon, Stars, Earth, Sky, and Ocean. But humans created a 7th source known as Dark magic which used to align all six magics. This created tension between the humans and dragons which resulted in the division of Xadia into 2 parts.

However, humans started a war and killed the king of dragons and destroyed his eggs. But Erzan the human prince realized that the egg was not destroyed and they decided to return it so that the war can be halted. The egg hatches into the dragon prince and will continue to be the sole member of this storyline.

Season 4 plot

Even the trailer of “The Dragon Prince” season 4 is not out now. Therefore it’s not easy to predict the expected storyline. It is clear that season 4 will continue the sourness between the humans and the dragons. It could also be expected that the relationship between the Callum and Rayla will reach new levels in the upcoming seasons.

The first season of “The Dragon Prince” was premiered on September 14, 2018, which created havoc in the fantasy industry with its success. The second season was released on February 15, 2019, and the third season was released on November 22, 2019. The fourth season could be exoectedto be released in the last part of 2020 or in early 2021.
