David Shore serves as showrunner and Daniel Dae Kim is an executive producer for the show along with David Shore, Seth Gordon, Erin Gunn, David Kim, Sebastian Lee, Mike Listo, Thomas L. Moran, and Freddie Highmore, David Hoselton, Liz Friedman and Peter Blake.

The Good Doctor Plot and Cast

The protagonist of the series “Good Doctor” a young gifted doctor Sean Murphy is always ready to help patients, even, it would seem, completely hopeless. Sean has a real gift – to recognize diseases that are not visible to the eyes of other doctors.

Since childhood, Sean dreamed of becoming a surgeon, and many years of study helped him get into a prestigious clinic, which, however, is located in a provincial town. Fortunately, an old acquaintance of Sean works in this hospital. Which persuaded management to hire an unusual employee.

Of course, not all “colleagues” were happy with the newcomer, who quickly and accurately diagnoses, but this does not stop the doctor, whose goal is the same – to treat people.

The central roles in the television series were played by Freddie Highmore as Dr Shaun Murphy and Nicholas Gonzalez as Dr Neil Melendez. Also Antonia Thomas, Richard Schiff, Hill Harper, Christina Chang, Fiona Gubelmann, Will Yun Lee, Paige Spara, Jasika Nicole, Chuku Modu, Tamlyn Tomita, Beau Garrett and Irene Keng as Dr Elle McLean.

The Good Doctor Season 6 Release Date

The ABC Network has not yet announced a release date for The Good Doctor Season 6. But looking for the last season’s schedule, the possible release date of the new season is Monday, August 1, 2022, although it is to be confirmed.

The new season might have 20 episodes like the last three seasons. However, the makers are expected to announce any new additions and changes in the next few months.
