Created by Wendy Molyneux, Lizzie Molyneux, and Minty Lewis, The Great North is an American adult animated sitcom. The Molyneux sisters and Lewis serve as executive producers of the show along with Loren Bouchard.

The first season of the series premiered on January 3, 2021 followed by the second season on September 26, 2021. The third season was released on September 25, 2022 and it was then renewed for a fourth season.

The Great North Plot and Cast

The developers have not disclosed on what would happen in Season 4. Since the show was recently renewed for another season, we can be assured that it will continue from where third season ended.

Coming to the main premise, Beef Tobin is a single father living in the fictional town of Lone Moose, Alaska with his four children, Wolf, Ham, Judy, and Moon. Beef’s life is centered on raising his children and keeping the family together. He is sometimes overbearing and smothering, but his deep love for his family is a central theme in each episode in the series.

The expected cast members for the upcoming season includes Nick Offerman as Beef Tobin, Jenny Slate as Judy Tobin, Will Forte as Wolf Tobin, Dulce Sloan as Honeybee Shaw, Paul Rust as Ham Tobin, Aparna Nancherla as Moon Tobin, Megan Mullally as Alyson Lefebvrere, Alanis Morissette as Alanis Morissette, Ron Funches as Jerry Shaw and more.

The Great North Season 4 Release Date

The first season of the series The Great North was aired from 3rd January 2021 to 16th May 2021. The second season of the series The Great North was aired from 26th September 2021 to 2nd January 2022.

The makers have recently declared the release date for the third season, which is scheduled to premiere on 25 September 2022. The other two seasons are available for streaming on Hulu.
