The Morning Show premiered on November 1, 2019. The second season was released on September 17, 2021, and in January 2022, the series was renewed for a third season. The executive producers of the show are Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Ehrin, Michael Ellenberg, Mimi Leder, Kristin Hahn, and Lauren Levy Neustadter.

The Morning Show Season 3: Plot and Cast

The Season 2 finale of “The Morning Show” leaves many central characters in a different headspace than where they start and facing major challenges ahead. Cory suffers a huge professional setback with the failed launch of the UAB+ streaming network. He also shows a vulnerable side by revealing his feelings for Bradley, who doesn’t appear to be able to process his feelings, much less reciprocate them.

Witherspoon wants to see Bradley stop being “hard on herself” and taking steps forward regarding “a pretty complicated past that she still hasn’t reconciled,” the actress told The Hollywood Reporter.

After a season of unpacking her true place within the Mitch Kessler UAB scandal, Alex contracts COVID-19 and, with the help of producer Chip Black, films a solo at-home special that sees her crack open that shiny “Morning Show” veneer. Her “Network”-Esque on-air meltdown shows a woman who is mad as hell and won’t take it anymore.

The main cast includes Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Néstor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Bel Powley, Desean Terry, Jack Davenport, Steve Carell, Greta Lee, and Julianna Margulies. We will also get to see Victoria Tate, Shari Belafonte, Joe Marinelli, Eli Bildner, Tom Irwin, Janina Gavankar, Hannah Leder, Amber Friendly and others in recurring roles.

The Morning Show Season 3: Release Date

The Morning Show has been officially renewed for season 3. However no premiere date has been announced yet, so Season 3 will likely be released on Apple TV+ sometime in the fall of 2022.

The upcoming season is expected to have ten episodes like the last two seasons. However, any further changes shall be revealed in the next few months.
