The basic premise of the show follows Ms. Pat’s fictional family, the Carsons: Pat (Ms. Pat); her husband (J. Bernard Calloway); her sister (Tami Roman); and Pat’s children (Brittany Inge, Vince Swann, Briyana Guadalupe, and Theodore Barnes).
