Created by Jim Reynolds, The Neighborhood is an American sitcom television series. Reynolds is one of the executive producers of the show alongside Cedric the Entertainer, Eric C. Rhone, Aaron Kaplan, Wendi Trilling, Dana Honor, and Meg DeLoatch.
The first season of the show premiered on October 1, 2018, on CBS. Followed by, In January 2022, the series was renewed for a fifth season which is set to premiere on September 19, 2022.

The Neighborhood Plot and Cast

Season 4 of The Neighborhood narrates that Dave found out that Calvin is not just his neighbor. But they are bounded by blood through a genealogical test that he took. This revelation led to more revelations and, Calvin ended up getting furious and throwing a punch at Dave.

So we might see about the relationship between Calvin and Dave gets after such revelations in the upcoming season. Season 5 could be centered on Calvin and Dave and how they plan to resolve their conflict. And also, how the people around them will react, following the revelations they are about to find.

Although we do not have a confirmed cast list for The Neighborhood Season 5, we can expect Cedric the Entertainer, Tichina Arnold, Hank Greenspan, Marcel Spears, Beth Behrs, Sheaun McKinney, and others in the lead roles.

Considering the show’s plot and since it is a new season, we should get to see some new additions to the cast. Meanwhile, the details will be unveiled once an official release date for Season 5 is announced by the creators.
