SEASON 2 DETAILS:

The latest season of “The Oval” premiered on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 10:30 P.M on BET.

Ed Quinn (Hunter Franklin) and Kron Moore (Victoria Franklin), sat down for an interview with CinemaBlend and they both revealed what fans can expect from Season 2.

Here’s what Moore said:

“I am excited for fans to see how Victoria evolves and you’ll see a different side to Victoria that I don’t think anyone ever expected.”

One of the many jaw-dropping moments of The Oval’s Season 1 finale was when the Franklins’ son, Jason, sexually assaulted and murdered a woman on the White House staff.

This apparently leads to therapy for Jason, because Quinn said the following of Season 2:

“Without giving away too much, Jason ends up in therapy and there’s a family therapy scene, which I’m pretty sure is going to be one of the best scenes in the history of this show. I think about that scene all the time and it makes me laugh. So I am very, very excited for that. It’s going to be a hot mess of a scene. I can’t wait. I think it’s going to be brilliant. So that’s what I’m really looking forward to. Keep an eye out for that one.”
