The Paramedic or El practicante is an upcoming Spanish thriller film on Netflix. Carles Torras directed the film while David Desola and Hèctor Hernández Vicens wrote the screenplay. It is one of the latest horror and thriller movies to be released by Netflix before Halloween! One can only imagine how scary the festival is going to be this year, with everyone staying inside. The Paramedic: Plot and Cast
The male protagonist of the story, Angel, has been working in an ambulance service as a paramedic. However, he becomes severely injured in a car accident and is forced to remain on a wheelchair. He starts to become suspicious of his partner Vane and hatches a sinister plot as his mental health starts to deteriorate as well. He wants to get revenge on this woman who left him and will stop at nothing.
There is not much that has been revealed about the film so far, but since it is a part of Netflix’s horror collection, it is bound to be exciting. Mario Casas plays Angel, the dark and troubled protagonist of the movie. Deborah Francois plays his girlfriend Vane. Since Netflix hasn’t released much information yet, we don’t know if she is his ex-girlfriend or current girlfriend. However, we will soon find out!
Other cast members include Celso Bugallo, Raul Jimenez, Pol Monen, Gerard Oms, Guillermo Pfening, and Maria Rodriguez Soto.

The film comes out on September 16th, so we don’t have to wait too long to find out what the plot looks like. On the official Netflix website, the plot is defined as “Unable to face his new reality in a wheelchair, Ángel develops a deadlyobsession with the woman who left him and unleashes a sinister revenge plot.”
