The Radkes: Will it be renewed for another season?

The Radkes is a show about a social media star whose ultimate goal is to make it in the entertainment industry. The show follows the story of Melissa Radke, and how she navigates through life along with her family in Lufkin, Texas. The show currently has one season which aired on USA Network in June and July in 2019. It consists of six half-hour long episodes. The Radkes was quite loved for its different take on family sitcoms. The show is completely unscripted. The Radkes is produced by Red Arrow Industries, and joins a long list of reality shows on USA, such as Chrisley Knows Best, Miz & Mrs. and American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs Ninja, to name a few.

The Radkes Season 2: What we know so far

The Radkes aired on the USA in June 2019 and during its run of six episodes, gained quite a number of fans. The fans of the show love the entire Radke family and their antics. Melissa Radke is the star of the show, and along with her husband David and kids Remi and Rocco, the loud, outspoken family provides for quite a fun thirty minutes of television.

The backstory of Melissa is also very interesting. She wanted to become a country singer, and even moved to Nashville for the same purpose; only to be told that she had the voice but not the looks for it. She then decided to become a social media star, and started posting funny videos of herself on Facebook, talking about topics like marriage, motherhood and the world in general. Soon, she gained a lot of views and followers, and with over 40 million views on her videos, she even got a deal to author a book titled “Eat Cake. Be Brave”.

In a recent interview, after her show had premiered on television, Melissa Radke said that she is now working on her second book. She even mentioned that she looks forward to the second season of The Radke’s as well. With the viewership numbers and the huge amount of fan following she has, it is only a matter of time before the USA renews The Radkes for season 2.
