The last episode of season 1 of The Society, “How It Happens” is filled with drama and a plot twist! In the episode, we see Lexie wins support from those who are tired of Allie’s rules. Allies fears that Lexie has no plans for running the town. Sam reveals the truth about the documents he found in the town hall. Becca gives birth to a girl named Eden. Lexie and Harry postpone council elections and announce that they are taking power. Then, Lexie intervenes to prevent Allie and Will from being stoned by onlookers. Grizz’s expedition party returns with great news!
And then, the episode transitions to the “real” West Ham where Allie’s mother pets the same dog Elle adopted in New Ham. She then reads to school children in front of a memorial listing the names of the missing teenagers! What an ending to a great series, isn’t it?
