The Watcher: Release Date, Trailer, and more!

Created by Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, The Watcher is an upcoming 2022 Netflix original limited series. Murphy and Brennan also served as executive producers of the show along with Eric Newman, Bryan Unkeless, Henry Joost, and Ariel Schulman.

Production is due to wrap up in February 2022, beginning in late September 2021 September 28th.

The Watcher Plot and Cast

Netflix has not released an official synopsis, but we have an idea of what the limited series is about. The Watcher follows a married couple whose move into their dream home is halted when they receive creepy letters and threats from a mysterious stalker called The Watcher.

Coming to the cast, it includes Naomi Watts as Maria Broaddus, Bobby Cannavale as Derek Broaddus, Jennifer Coolidge as Karen, Mia Farrow as Pearl, and Noma Dumezweni as Theodora.

The Watcher Release Date

An official release date has not been announced by Netflix yet. Since the show recently wrapped filming. We’re expecting a late 2022 release.

After filming wraps, the show is probably going to spend between six to eight months in post-production. So we’re probably looking at the show being released on Netflix between August and October 2022.

The developers have not released the trailer yet, as the release date is still unrevealed. It might take some to be out.
