TO TELL THE TRUTH 6:

Created by Bob Stewart, and originally produced by Mark Goodson- Bill Todman Productions, “To Tell The Truth” is an American Television Panel Show in which four celebrity panelists are presented with three contestants (the “team of challengers”, each an individual or pair), that aired both on CBS Television network, in syndication, CBS, NBC, and ABC—continuously from 1956 to 1978 and has been revived several times since then, reaching a total of 31 seasons by 2021.

The most recent iteration with Anthony Anderson as the host premiered on June 14, 2016, on ABC.

This successful comedy/game show pits celebrity guests against three people who all claim to be the same person with the same incredible talent, job, or achievement. One is telling the truth, the others are not. A rotating celebrity panel; made up of today’s most entertaining actors, comedians, and TV personalities, will grill the contestants and decide who they think is telling the truth. The celebrity panelist who performs the worst will have to tweet a lie about themselves to the world.

The latest season of “To Tell The Truth” premiered on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 8 P.M on ABC.

Anthony Anderson returns as host and is once again joined by his mom, Doris, who will not only participate in the game but will do her best to embarrass her son every chance she gets.
