Tomb Raider 2 is an action-adventure film. Roar Uthaug directed the film, with the screenplay by Geneva Robertson and Alastair Siddons. The film is made on a 2013 video game of the same name. With an exceptional experience of action, an adventure movie is set up in the theme of a video game. The current movie a sequel to the Tomb Riader( 2018) film.  Let’s see how different this film is going to be…..

Starring Alicia Vikendra as Lara Croft, the protagonist embarks on her journey to solve the mystery of the disappearance of her father. Moreover, we will see  Dominic West, Walton Goggins, Daniel Wu, and Kristin Scott Thomas in the supporting roles.

The Plot Tomb Raider 2: Movie

In the previous part of the movie, we saw Lara Croft saving the world from the deadly virus being released from the tomb. She manages to not let the virus escape the tomb. After that, she comes to London and accepts her place in her father’s company. However, later she finds that Trinity- the group who wanted to release the virus is directly connected to Croft Holdings.  Moreover, Lara finds that Ana Miller, the business partner of her father is secretly and closely working with the Trinity group the whole time.

She wants to stop Anna from doing so. She purchases two guns from the video game. Later, Lara finds out that Ana is terminally ill and wants to save herself by using the healing power of the divine source.

Release Date

March 19th, 2021, was the date announced for the release of the film. But as been the case for the movies set to come out soon, Tomb Raider 2 is definitely delayed. The filmmakers have not confirmed anything about the date.

The trailer of the movie has also not been released yet.
