Tooned Out: Release Date, Trailer and more!
Created by Robert Zemeckis and Jared Stern, Tooned Out is an upcoming live-action/animated comedy streaming television series, made for HBO Max. Zemeckis and Stern are also the executive producers alongside Jack Rapke and Jackie Levine.
The new series is produced by A Stern Talking To, Compari Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation, and it is distributed by WarnerMedia Direct. The series was confirmed in October 2019 after WarnerMedia unveiled its new service during a wide-ranging presentation in Burbank. The show was confirmed alongside a few other new series.

Tooned Out Plot and Cast
The basic premise of Tooned Out will follow Mac who starts to see iconic characters starting from Warner Bros. Animation, Hanna Barbera, Cartoon Network Studios to MGM Cartoons, during a rough patch in his life. Further details about the show will be revealed once it premieres on HBO Max.
Tooned Out is being presented by Academy Award winner Robert Zemeckis and executive producer/writer Jared Stern. It will be a half-hour, hybrid live-action and animated comedy. It comes from three well-known production companies. The makers will soon reveal further details about the plot in the next few months and when the release date will approach closer.
Coming to the cast, it includes some popular names like Christopher Lloyd, Charlie Adler, Jeff Bergman, Eric Bauza, Deee Bradley Baker, Bob Bergen, Jim Cummings, Paul Julian and others.
Tooned Out Release Date
The makers have not revealed a release date for Tooned Out. However, according to online reports, the show is expected to premiere sometime in 2022. An official confirmation related to the show’s release date is still awaited.
