Trinkets: Plot and Cast
Trinkets follow the lives of three teenagers, Elodie, Moe, and Tabitha, who met at a Shoplifters’ Anonymous meeting and soon after became quick friends. All of them have different personalities and backgrounds, which makes it hard for them to hang out together at school. Thus, they keep their friendship a secret.
Elodie Davis, played by Brianna Hildebrand, is socially awkward and lives in Portland, Oregon with her father and his new wife. She finds it hard to adjust to her new family dynamic which further affects her kleptomania.
Moe Truax, played by Kiana Madeira, performs very well at school, in spite of having financial hardships at home. Her father has a criminal record and is mostly missing from her life, which makes her support her mother strongly. She dates Noah Simos, played by Odiseas Georgiadis, but keeps it a secret from all her friends.
Tabitha Foster, played by Quintessa Swindell, belongs to a very rich family. She has trouble accepting who she truly is and is a people pleaser. She is continually abused by her boyfriend Brady Finch, played by Brandon Butler. He blackmails her into a relationship in order to get into Stanford, by taking help from her father.
Other cast members are Larry Sullivan, who plays Doug Davis, Elodie’s father, and Henry Zaga, who plays Luca Novak, Tabitha’s love interest.
