Netflix is coming with its limited series debut “True Story” this month. True Story is a thriller TV show by Eric Newman. The series follows the plot where a world-famous comedian grapples with the consequences of a lost evening with his wayward older brother that threatens to destroy everything he’s built. As per Netflix, all the episodes of the show will be dropped at once on November 24, allowing fans to literally scream in excitement.
The poster of this series features Kid and his brother Carlton, along with the words “betrayal is relative”, hinting at the betrayal from Kids’ family. “Brace yourself folks… This is a special one!!!! This series is a drama/thriller that will blow your mind…” Hart captioned the poster.

Talking about the cast of the series, the previous essential cast is back with some new actors. The show stars Kevin Hart and Wesley Snipes, who are back as Kid and Carlton. Other cast members include Tawny Newsome as Billy, Paul Adelstein as Todd, and Chris Diamantopoulos as Savvas along with some new actors. The series is written by Eric Newman, the showrunner of Narcos and Narcos: Mexico. Stephen Williams directed the first four episodes and Hanelle Culepepper the remaining four.
