Twilight Zone is an American television anthology series broadcasted on CBS Network. The series was premiered on 1 April 2019. The series is a reboot version of the original 1959 series of the same name produced by Rod Steerling. On 29 April 2019, CBS All Access renewed the series for the second season. The pattern of the second season will follow the previous season only, with every episode of duration 35-55 minutes.
The upcoming season will be once again star-studded featuring, Billy Porter, Toper Grace, Tony Hale, Joel McHale, Damon Wayhans Jr, Gillian Jacobs, Ethan Embry, Jimmy Simpson, Jurnee Smollet Bell, David Krumholtz, and Sky Ferreira.
The plot for the next season will be socially conscious storytelling. The first episode of the debut season was inspired by the episode of 1963 episode, ‘Nightmare at 30,000 feet’. So, it’s highly possible that the upcoming season will be inspired by the original and put into re-work or re-imagining the plotline.
