Untitled The Exorcist film will be released on October 13, 2023, by Universal Pictures. Filming for the movie started on October 24, 2022, in Savannah, Atlanta, and Georgia, and which was completed in January 2023.
Burstyn revealed last year that she finished working on her part in the film and although Green was planning to start working on the film after wrapping up Halloween Ends, the actress’s age and the pandemic brought some minor problems and the production team had to cooperate with Burstyn so that she can finish the film. The demon called Pazuzu played an important role in the original film and he will also be featured in the remake.

Now coming to the cast, which includes Ellen Burstyn as Chris MacNeil, L Leslie Odom Jr. played the role of the father of a possessed child who tracks down Chris. The makers of the film featured Ann Dowd but the name of her character is yet to be disclosed.
