Bloodlines 2 is an upcoming action role-playing video game. Hardsuits Labs are the developers and Pardon interactive are the producers. The game is a sequel to the 2004 video game Vampire: The Masquerade- Bloodlines. The story follows a human in 21st-century Seattle. The man is killed and then revived as a vampire with vampiric activities. The game mainly runs in FPP mode with some activities in TPP mode. The game will release in late 2020 on PC, PS4, PS5 and Xbox one.

Gameplay
Before the game begins, players create a vampire character. One can select the background that informs who they were as a human. one select from career criminal, coroner, or a police officer, with each offering different dialog and interaction options with the game world. After starting the game, the thin blood must choose from one of three upgradable Disciplines. The thin blood can eventually join one of five Full-blood clans, after which they have access to its specific Disciplines and each clan has its own pros and cons. The player can engage in side missions away from the main story. there are five factions with whom the player can ally themselves. Factions are shaped by ideologies instead of abilities and determine who is friend and foe to the player. Even the player has to pay a penalty every time his vampiric activities have witnesses.

Plot
The player character is one of human who turns into vampires during a Mass Embrace. An incident in which vampires publicly attacked humans and even breaking the Masquerade and causing tension between the city’s vampire groups.

Release
The original plan to release Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 was in early 2020. But as of now the date of release is uncertain. While it’s unknown whether Bloodlines 2 will release this holiday season alongside PS5 and Xbox Series X or will have a separate release date for the next-gen consoles.
