Virgin River 2: Release date, plot, cast and more!

Page-to-screen romance web series Virgin River, based on Robyn Carr’s novel, first premiered on 6 December, 2019 on Netflix with 10 episodes, is coming back with it’s new season. They officially declared the renewal last year and fans are eagerly waiting for it’s release. But now it seems that they need to wait because we cannot see any green signals anywhere near.

The series tells the story of Melinda who pursues the job of a midwife and a nurse practitioner in a remote California town of Virgin River, a way to escape her horrific and traumatised past. She leaves her house and job and moves here. But soon she gets the reality check and sees the difference between her expectations and the real picture. She encounters a man named Jack, a bar owner, and grows a love interest with him. The story goes through several ups and downs, bringing out the subtle vulnerabilities of human character. The new season will answer to most of the questions and the decision making of Mel which might change her life forever.

Virgin River will see a number of new faces such as Andrew Zachar, Garfield Wilson, Eric Breker, Melinda Dahl, Marco Grazzini along with Alexander Breckenridge, Martin Henderson, Colin Lawrence, Jenny Cooper, Lauren Hammersley, Annette O’Toole and Tim Matheson.
