Created and written by Jac Schaeffer for Disney+, WandaVision is an upcoming American web television miniseries which is based on Marvel Comics characters Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch and Vision. The series is directed by Matt Shakman and produced by Marvel Studios. Marvel fan will love this series as it is an incredible spin-off for the Avengers base. Disney has officially informed that this series will be available for streaming in 2020 itself and fans are excited. So brace yourself for the fun ride you are about to experience.

WandaVision is all set to premiere in December 2020 and will comprise of six episodes in the first season of the miniseries. Back in February, then-Disney CEO Bob Iger stated the series will premiere on Disney+ in December 2020 itself. The filming started in November 2019 and was halted in March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. There are eight new Marvel shows that will be released on Disney+. During the 2020 Emmy Awards on September 20, the trailer of the series was premiered.

What is it about?
According to the network, the show springs following Avengers: Endgame and “is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff and Vision—two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.”
Not much about the plot of WandaVision has been given out by the creators. However, the show might focus on Wanda’s rescue and Vision’s resurrection. Kevin Fiege also said at CCXP 2019 that the series could incorporate a new character to the Marvel Universe that we do not know of.
